Reporting a call allows us to improve our service by understanding when a call is properly (or improperly) identified and whether the call is safe or a likely scam.  

To create a report from the Activity screen, select the menu (three dots) and choose “Report calls”.

Choose the numbers that you want to report and select “Okay” at the bottom of the page. 

Next, select the appropriate category and press the “Send report” button.

 Once reported, we will review the submitted number. If the call is determined to be associated with fraudulent behavior, the phone number will be recategorized as Scam Likely. Please be aware that not all unwanted or Nuisance calls are fraudulent and may not receive a Scam Likely designation after our review.
