To manually lookup a number, navigate to Activity, select the menu located at the top right-hand corner (three dots) and select Reverse number lookup. From there, enter a 10-digit number in the input box; local results such as recent calls and contacts may appear progressively. 

The result of the lookup will appear on the call detail screen where it may be viewed and managed.
