To enable or disable Caller ID, go to Settings > Caller ID Preferences and select the toggle. If the toggle is Magenta, the Caller ID setting is enabled. If the toggle is Grey, Caller ID is disabled. 

Please be aware that some rate plans come with Caller ID enabled by default, which means that you may not see a toggle to turn on or off Incoming Caller ID.
