If you are unable to unsubscribe, you may have a bundle subscription or may have a rate plan that includes Scam Shield Premium for free. You can confirm your account billing status through the T-Mobile or MyMetro app or by contacting Customer Care.
If Scam Shield Premium is bundled with your rate plan and you do not want to use the service, you can simply deactivate all Scam Shield settings like Scam Block, Category Manager, Personal Number Blocking, and other features via the Scam Shield app.
